Good luck if your doctor refers you to this practice. They never answer the phone or respond to voicemail messages. My doctor sent a referral 3 times to this place and not once did they call me to try to set up an appointment. I waited for weeks. Go to Israel Hartman in Arlington, they actually answer the phone and return messages!
This office is terrible. I have tried for over a month to get setup up as a new patient and they never call you back worse service ever they should be shut down. Left multiple messages stay away stay away stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!
This office is terrible. I have left several messages, had my doctor send over a referral, done all the things... NO ONE WILL call back. NO ONE WILL answer the phones. I sure hope the doctor is overseeing these reviews. Looks like she needs to clean house as this is a poor reflection on her. If my staff was behaving this way, I would want to know. Don't waste your time on this office. You could die waiting.
This doctor and staff absolutely sucks, they don’t answer phones, they don’t return voicemails, or any other way of communicating. I get charged a no show fee because they didn’t answer the phones or listen and return my voice mails. I ABSOLUTELY will not pay something that I tried to handle but YOURE staff SUCKS at communicating. The doctor is knowledgeable but until things change for the better in the office. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!
