Once again, health care in America isn't about the patient with this practice. They don't return refill requests from the pharmacy and then when you call say you have to come in or have a teleherh visit to get your prescription filled. Soonest appointment...? One month. Will they fill it until the appointment? No. So, my medication, which keeps health conditions in check has to be discontinued until the appointment. No notification that I was due for a visit, I was there 6 months ago...so not sure why I need to come back so ... read more
