Dr. Menon is very attentive to my needs to make sure my health is on track. He listens to my concerns and address it to make sure I understand and that I’m comfortable with his advice. I trust his professional opinions.
Very disappointed. Was taken by ambulance to hospital on Friday. Was told to follow up with Dr. Menon on Monday. Called for an appointment and was told he could not see me until next week, due to staffing issues. If you are a healthy person, he is your guy. But if you are not and need to see him, he certainly is not.
Dr. Menon and his staff are the best! 100% of the time I have called his office (on HWY 51 in Jefferson Hills) the staff has immediately addressed needs for appointments, prescriptions, etc. Dr. Menon himself is very thorough and listens to his patients!
