Horrible experience with Madhavi Rao for several days while staying at Northwestern in Huntley. She tried to deny treatment, intimidate, argue, harass and make patient feel like an inconvenience.
I have been a type one diabetic for 40 years. Dr. Rao is giving me one unit of insulin for a blood sugar of 241 g of carbs. Dr. Rao has done this before. I’ve requested at the hospital to no longer deal with Dr. Rao as I feel like she is trying to make me stay here at the hospital. I’ve been to this hospital three times this year and every single time she does not give me enough insulin which causes more problems.
