I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I had to stop making this office my primary care. Anytime I called with a concern I feel that I wasn’t heard. They’re either over talking me or not comprehending what I’m saying. I thought I was in good care & it doesn’t seem that way. Best first time experience starting from the staff all the way to Dr. Madhavi! They immediately went straight to work with learning everything about me to a thorough look at my health records.. I even left with a regimen for me to follow up on when I next see them. So grateful! This is the kind of healthcare that we always talk about having and I feel like I lucked out with finding them!
Dr. M I meet at a very difficult hospital stay medical complications . She showed so much concern and made me feel a esse her bedside practice is fantastic She Listens and does not rush, She explains so you can understand. When your I'll we need to fell like we need someone who listens and put all the pieces to the puzzle together and that is Dr. Machineni and Her Staff .
