Still waiting on a call back from this establishment; this was over a month ago over a billing issue in which the company billed me for a service in which I did not even receive.
Dr. Monet made time quickly assess my symptoms and pain. She also addressed my needs, and even gave referrals for my more serious dental maintenance and reconstruction needs.
First, I want to say they don't really care for their patients it's all about the money. I think there were 15 teeth that were supposed to be removed, which 3 are still in my mouth. They then told my husband to rush me to another hospital. Oh yea, I almost forgot I was heavily sedatedblood all over my shirt no gauze. No one called me on the phone anytime after that day, and they texted my husband. Dr Waters is good but the power billing is crazy. And they can’t explain why you are given a print out saying your insurance will pay everything (I have two insurances) then they want $1500 six months later. “IN NETWORK “ mean nothing to the billing manager here.
THEY NEVER ANWSER THEIR PHONES!!!
