Dentists at this practice--please ensure what you have been instructed to do related to adjunct treatment conforms to ADA guidelines for informed consent (not an accusation but a concern). We've noticed the staff turnover. Bring back free toothbrushes (while stupid, it's part of the tradition of going to the dentist in America. It's actually a really bad look to normal folks). My experience at New Concept Dental has unfortunately been very disappointing. There seems to be a high staff turnover and little continuity of care. At nearly every visit, I’ve been assigned a different hygienist, and on more than one occasion I’ve been told later that the person I previously saw no longer works there.
