I really like Dr. Hubbly during the appointments - she seems to genuinely care for her patients and takes the time to talk through concerns. However I did have a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with her at one point. I had noticed one of my lab test results were abnormal and waited a bit to hear from the doctor but never heard anything. I have been seeing this doctor for years and have generally had a good experience. And it still is a good experience when seeing her in person. But post-pandemic when I need something and I am not with her in person then it is a very bad experience. She takes forever to respond to calls and stuff sent thru her to the portal. And most likely she will never get back to you unless you keep calling and trying to get on their case. I have been a patient of Dr. Hubbly since 2017. For the most part of my experience she has always been very good. She responded to me speedily and was always very caring. Recently, she has not been returning my emails nor my phone calls regarding a medication that I need to get insurance approval on. The prior authorization needs to be filled out by a doctor. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Dr. Hubbly’s office. Firstly, she said she’d help me get a test done to determine the appropriate depression medication. It took her a month just to send the original paperwork off to the company for me to even receive the test, despite my numerous calls. By the time the results came back, she never called me. I left countless voicemails and emails with no response. I had to personally contact the company to get my results, which at that point, had been a total of 4 months sinc... read more
