Doctor was good except her staff was very unprofessional and unorganized. I never missed or was late to an appointment. However I received a letter dropping me as a patient. This letter was a poor photo copy with my name written in. This letter was written with very poor grammar and contained no reason. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend this doctor at all.
Her 1 employ was very rude and the doc didn,t care she has 2 many patients she is always in a hurry
The receptionist was very nice .the visit was great.
I didn’t even get to meet Dr. Gaddam. I’m needing to see an endocrinologist, my PCP and insurance refer me to Dr. Gaddam in APRIL. I have been calling and messaging Dr. Gaddams office since april trying to reach them to make an appointment and NOTHING. meanwhile my hyperthyroidism symptoms have gotten worse and i have no specialist to help me. I had to get my PCP to refer me to a different endocrinologist in plano so hopefully their office will return my phone calls and messages so I can get the medical help i need.
Dr.Goddam and her staff have always been very friendly and well informed. Dr.Gaddam takes her time with you . She will not rush you out . I have been going to her for years now and have not had any issues with her or her staff.
