My newborn was tongue tied and after waiting an excruciatingly long week for an appointment with another ent at another facility, that other ent told me he couldn't do anything because my baby was too young. Thankfully I called Dr. Arnot's office to get a second opinion and was able to get an appointment that same day. Not only did Dr. Arnot make me feel heard and cared for, but also surprisingly appreciated as a mother.
