He never returns calls, his nurses don't relay any of your questions or concerns to him, they are rude and dismissive, and I was forced to go through cold turkey withdrawal off Cymbalta due to their inability to be organized or communicate. I'm glad to be going elsewhere for my healthcare.

Awful experience so far - be warry getting charged for things you didn't visit them for. I went in for a routine wellness check which is covered by insurance, but they did NOT code it that way, resulting in a $300 bill for me. My wife also had an appointment and hers was correctly coded (at least that's good). I've already followed up with them in the first round and told "oh yeah, it's correct." No, it's not. Currently in the process of them reviewing and correcting the claim, but my confidence in that happening is non-exis... read more
