Very assembly line feeling. Im not sure the person that came into my appointment even made eye contact. I expressed concerns I was very adamant about and she never acknowledged that I even spoke the words. I needed blood work and I told her I had fasted and was available to do it that day and again, she didn't acknowledge what I had said. The only thing she heard was that my daughter and I had sinus infections and put us on antibiotics. I love going to this office. Doctor and assistants are very understanding and don't try to rush you out. Nurses are nice and staff have always been nice and helpful to me. They are taking many precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic and it's not convenient for some, but I appreciate the extra mile to make it safe for everyone.
Dr. Wybenga is a good doctor, but his office staff is so terrible that I won’t return. And I’ve been a patient there for many years. It’s a shame what bad staff can do.
