Unfortunately my experience was horrible with one receptionist, she huffed and puffed during the call and i asked if she needed to take a moment to calm down as she made me feel really uncomfortable however the other receptionist is wonderful and kind really took the time to listen to me. (unfortunately didn’t get the name of her)
