Big Thankyou to ANGELA at Reception for trying to help my elderly Father as times were mixed up for his appointment. She tried her very best to resolve the issue. Thankyou very much. Big thankyou to DR HUSSAIN for seeing Dad among the confusion was open and listened then explained clearly what was the issue. Thankyou to LISA for taking into consideration getting my Health Check date including the time as I am a Full time Carer for Father.
All I can say is I dont think the GP are serious anymore. Ever since covid they don wanna see any patients all they do is tell you to fill in an online form and take it from there. Sometimes its fine because its just prescription but my kids suffer because they are not seen. My child has hearing problems and they actually refer her to pharmacy as minor ailment till now over 2 weeks we havent received any treatment. I have knee pain, I cant be bothered to call and my son has pain too by the time he has an appointment after 2 ... read more
You are expected to wait 24/48 hours or sit up A&E no matter the issues you tell them you have prostate issues which is a time critical thing and they receptionists have no actual concern just they will call you back bye why pay the taxes we pay for this sort of service
