Not pleased with the service so far I never seem to get an appointment with a GP and also what is the current email for prescription requests and other queries. also on Friday you tested a urine sample for infection you told me it was normal with no infection and less than 50 hours later I was in urgent care with more severe pain and a diagnosis of a full blown UTI. Edit: I saw nurse Debbie Aspin today and she is a brilliant nurse. Thanks for listening to me about everything
Rubbish service don’t answer phone been on call 1 hour to get through no care anymore ! Don’t treat people as patients !
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with receptionists Naheed and Guzala. Their tone is consistently rude and unprofessional, and they often come across as argumentative when I call. Every time I try to book an appointment, I’m told none are available—without any effort to help or offer alternatives. Their attitude is unwelcoming and gives the impression they don’t want to assist. I’m genuinely shocked they were hired for a role that’s supposed to be approachable and supportive.
