This doctor and his secretary have been absolutely useless. This doctor and his secretary Ana don’t follow up with referrals, and drop the ball on many referrals for other specialists because they neglect to follow through. And when you can finally reach the office you get promised a call back and Ana most of the time forgets about you. You have to chase them to get anything done. This happens over and over again. The doctor does not explicitly tell you what is wrong. He does not explain why he gives you medications. He just writes a note. I had to ask many questions. I noticed he was thinking of something but did not saying to me at all. Later on the next day, I had to go to the emergency. You can check his online record, there's an infringement that was made. I would never go back to this family doctor.
