Insensitive, pushes surgery. Hard to get an appointment
Getting an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. Never leaves a message doesnt ever call the right number and then you have to wait all over again. Your health and matter doesn't mean anything. Way too many patients not enough time and care.
do not!!! DO NOT TRUST DR THWATES!! I saw Dr thwates in this office, she insisted on doing a surgery she clearly wasn't able to properly preform with a patient who has suspected HEDS, causing potential permanent nerve pain after surgery. She also gave ZERO after care instructions and left the surgery immediatly while i was too high on medication to comprehend what was happening or to ask for proper care instructions.
