Exceeded my expectations! Top level experience all around. Highly recommend. Dr Moore and her whole staff were amazing! I was just looking for standard cleaning and this was clearly a team that coordinates a superior client experience.

I went in for my back tooth to be fixed that was causing me pain. Only for my side tooth to be done. Once, the numbing medicine wore off I realized the mistake. When I called for an explanation she did not take accountability.So, the tooth that never gave me an issue is bothering me now & my back tooth is still hurting. Yet, as a nurse I pay close attention to details & I was never told prior about any issues with my side tooth. Nor did any of my documentation reflect what was being told. I’m a new to this practice but have been very pleased with my experience. Dr. Moore and her staff were wonderful. She explained my treatment to me in a way that I was able to really understand and her staff made sure I that my insurance benefits would cover my treatment. It was hands down the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I would encourage anyone looking for a dentist in the area, to go see Dr. Moore at Dentistry on Carmel. She will make you feel right at home!
