I went in for my back tooth to be fixed that was causing me pain. Only for my side tooth to be done. Once, the numbing medicine wore off I realized the mistake. When I called for an explanation she did not take accountability.So, the tooth that never gave me an issue is bothering me now & my back tooth is still hurting. Yet, as a nurse I pay close attention to details & I was never told prior about any issues with my side tooth. Nor did any of my documentation reflect what was being told.
