85 year old father walked here last week, took him 40 mins third mile journey without an appointment as can’t use phone or apps and felt very unwell and didn’t want to burden A & E, been here all his life and worked all his life, turned him away, yes they turned him away, he fell on way home and cut his head open, ended up in A & E and hospital for a week. Thanks ladies on reception for your caring attitude and helpful proactiveness…NOT !!
On most occasions my requests are dealt with promptly. Dr Prabhu is always very responsive and I feel listened to. She is always very thorough and I am happy with the service
I've had depression and anxiety for 20 years, and am awaiting a further assessment that may be affecting my mental health. Speaking to Dr S.Prabhu at first I felt anxiety and felt I wouldn't be listened to (my own thoughts, Dr.Prabhu did not make me feel unheard) I was listened to, and was able to vent in a positive way and wasn't disregarded in how I was feeling and hopefully reached a good solution to my problems. I'm very thankful to have spoke to her.
Great experience. Sent a request on ask my GP & got a telephone appointment.
