Holy scheduling issues. First, I try the online thing and never did get a response after a week. Then I called and waited three weeks for an appointment. Then, the day before I get called because the hygienist is sick, and they want me to wait another month to squeeze me in. Who knows if they’ll keep that one. I’m in pain and getting worse. Their website says "We are always happy to welcome new patients into our dental family." After calling this is not the case, they aren't always happy to take new patients.
The front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists are all very polite. However, three of the fillings they did for my children fell out in less than a year with no offer of compensation or explanation as to why.
