I did not personally have an appointment with Dr. Fiest, my partner did. This review is not directed at him as a doctor, but instead reflects my experience with the receptionist. From the start, when I asked for the paperwork needed to submit to Blue Cross, she acted as if this was a strange request—even though I’m sure it’s something she deals with often. I was just to see Dr. Feist today and have to say he is such a great doctor. My foot is so much better after a quick fix it’s not painful to walk. I have been a patient for years and he has always been wonderful to deal with. Always a pleasure to see him! Dianne is such a nice caring person. I actually enjoy my visit like I was visiting a friend .

Dr Feist and Dianne at the front desk were incredibly kind and accommodating. They were able to make room and see us right away, Dr Feist was thorough and patient with my son and we received great care.
