I realize that there are people who complain for no legitimate reason. I will say that the PA I had seen and phone call for results of my sleep study were good, but office and billing is another story. I have worked in medical field both front office and back as nurse. If I could give 0 stars I would. The office was unable to figure out how to work with my insurance to get the Fascenra injection. Tons of emails and phone calls to no avail. Doctors before and after had no trouble. And on top of it all, I am still getting bills, over a year later, because they still can’t figure out how to bill the correct insurance. Never honors an appointment time. Not even close. Usually meet with a PA. I never saw the doctor in 3-4 appointments. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
