If I could give 0 stars I would. The office was unable to figure out how to work with my insurance to get the Fascenra injection. Tons of emails and phone calls to no avail. Doctors before and after had no trouble. And on top of it all, I am still getting bills, over a year later, because they still can’t figure out how to bill the correct insurance. Exceptional care from Dr Mullins and his staff. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Never honors an appointment time. Not even close. Usually meet with a PA. I never saw the doctor in 3-4 appointments. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
Dr. Mullins saved my life! He is a fabulous Dr. whom found & removed a tumor in my lung that I didn't even know existed! My recovery was less than 4 weeks, which is unheard of with such a surgery. He & his entire staff can't do anything wrong in my eyes! If you need a great Dr. for any lung issues, don't look any further. He's your man! peri d.
