Office manners are so bad...scheduler and staff are not doing a good job..they dont follow you up oreven give you a notification pre procedure...staff not very polite...
They never returns patience call , I still waiting for them to send the report to my primary Dr. I signed the release 2019 a colonoscopy done and they still haven’t send it.. the phone line is always busy how unprofessional this is!! I don’t know what else to do..
Dr. Anwer and his staff are super nice and very helpful. They treat you like family your not just a patient.
He is amazing caring and through doctor.
I’ve been waiting for two hours now to see this doctor for my initial visit. I dread coming back if there is a follow up visit .
