They were prompt and were able to come earlier than estimated. Got out of the truck. Shook my hand. They saw I was frazzled and continued to tell me the entire time "we got this!" And sure enough - they did. These three guys were so fast. I expected at least 4 hours minimum on my move, it took them precisely 2 hours for my rather full 1-bedroom unit. Make sure you have enough cash to tip these guys, you're going to want to. Black Bear’s services are amazing!
