Did an excellent job on my mouth guard and did it very fast and showed great care!
Consistently cancelling patient appointments and can never keep consistent front desk staff to sort out scheduling/appointment times. Not the best practitioner either. Doesn’t explain her procedures or reasonings to patients. In & out like cattle. You’ll always be waiting even if you’re on time. Had to get my fillings fixed at another dental practice! Unprofessional except for the receptionist who used to work there a few years ago.
I have always had a great experience with this practice. From regular cleanings to emergency visits and serious work done. Dr. Shnayder is a knowledgeable and experienced dr. Her staff is super nice and hard working. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.
I like their staff but I went in multiple times to get something fixed that to this day is not fixed, so eventually they stopped trying. Lost my money and need to go somewhere else! Cavities came back weeks after on the same spot..
