I’ve been seeing Dr. Shtein for a while now, and I couldn’t ask for a better primary care doctor. What stands out the most is how easy it is to get seen — even without an appointment, they do their best to accommodate, and I’ve never been turned away. That kind of access is rare these days. Absolutely disgusted with the way Dr Shtein values money more than the health and well being of her patients… The staff aren’t much better bluntly lying especially about why my lab result missing the test for metals which I specifically asked for claiming the lab has canceled the test meanwhile the nurse never provided the needed specimen for the test to be administered as those tubes were “expired” which shoudve been mentioned to me not me finding on my own from the results.
