My husband has gone to Dr. Bui for almost 2 years. Why? Because we are elderly and afraid to drive on a freeway further away, the only infusion center in our area. This is the most uncaring, unprofessional, disorganized medical facility we have ever been to. Global Cancer Research Institute is the same as Dr Lynne Bui. My only negative reviews. Mostly bad reviews, so I’m not alone. Consider yourself warned! Imagine being diagnosed with a grave illness and as the patient having to tip-toe around the huge egos of the teeny bopper staff. Where’s the compassion? Desire to care for your patients? Nah. Tried to call to make an appointment, in span of 1 whole week, multiple calls every single day during office hours and kept getting push to voicemail. Left a couple of message but got no follow up. :/
