Tried to call to make an appointment, in span of 1 whole week, multiple calls every single day during office hours and kept getting push to voicemail. Left a couple of message but got no follow up. :/
I left 3 messages in span of 2 weeks, not only on the phone line of the new patient coordinator, but also with an actual person. I never got a phone call back. They cannot be that busy where they can’t even have the courtesy to return a phone call. Don’t waste your time like I did. By the time I started calling somebody else. It was already a month gone.
Dr. Bui’s office staff is friendly and professional and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bui! She treats her patients with kindness and respect. You leave her office feeling like family.
