Terrible experience. Wasted so much time. Doctor knew about my son’s heart condition and his medicine. 5 minutes before anesthesia came in, doctor said he didn’t feel comfortable doing the circumcision. While I appreciate the honesty, my son went 12 hours without eating and it messed up his whole medicine schedule for Dr lyons to decide last minute he didn’t wanna perform the surgery. Do not go to this office!!! The ladies in the front office are very nice but they send you to labs onsite and it is done by the hospital. Why would a doctor's office who wants to keep a patient send them to get $1,000 routine lab work?!?!? Avoid this place at all costs!!!
Very bad experience after husband's referral for high PSA. History shared of previous antibiotic side effects but no plan B available so he complied. Results debilitating. To speak to Dr. himself another appointment required. Message left Friday not addressed until Wednesday to offer new antibiotic. Staff poorly equipped to handle the situation promptly.
Would NOT recommend for anyone with serious health issues- Scheduling is awful- If you have a serious issue you have to go to ER- they are so busy you can never be worked in and soonest appointment may be 2-3 weeks- for a 7:15 appointment I was still sitting there 90 minutes later seeing and hearing other patients being seen- no one bothered coming in to explain delay-zip- Too Little consideration of patient or “their” time- Dr Lyons is very personable but too busy a practice for someone fighting for their life
