Dr. Lang is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and is very thorough. Yes, she gets backed up but that is because she really takes care of her patients.
lynn lang was very rude to me as a patient. i had to leave several appts because she was running so late, hours late. And at every appt no matter what i was there for she made a point of telling me how over weight I was. I will never go back to her again.
Dr. Lang is a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable doctor. She has great bedside manner and will be very thorough with your care.
I had to wait 2 hours in the room with the flu. I finally said something they forgot me. I waited a total of 3 hours. I was sent home Then whithin 2 days I was hospilized overnight with dehidration.Her staff is rude too. Her Husband is good though. He is the one who recovered me.
My very first appt. she was an hour late, I willingly rescheduled. They billed my insurance and took my co-pay before my return appt .The rescheduled appt. I waited a half hour, then she saw me for 10 minutes and left to go see another pt. After 20 minutes, I informed the staff I was not waiting any longer. They were paid by my insurance, received my co-pay and still billed me $82.49!!! They would not reverse the charges and I never had my first appointment. The billing office was rude and not helpful.
Dr. Lang is a wonderful doctor. She always takes the time to speak with you and is always willing to refer you out to a specialist if you or she thinks you should see one. The only complaint I have is that she is usually late with her apt. (but that is because she is a talker & very detailed with her diagnosis).
