Terrible experience at this office. Dr. List was great and took good care of my mother. However, the office staff need to be more efficient and responsible. Dr. List ordered a CT scan for my 92 year old mom a month ago, but the prior authorization was not done by the office staff. My 92 yr old mom was NPO since yesterday. We had an awful experience at MD Neurology Denton. The doctors were good (we saw 2), but communicating with them relating to billing was a nightmare. They invoiced me the full amount as if our insurance paid nothing. I called them and had to leave a message with their billing person. In all my calls to them, I always got their voice mail. They would leave a return message saying if I need help to call them back which always led to another message and so on. Dr. Wang has been taking care of my husband for several years and is professional and efficient all the things we want in a specialist. We have never felt rushed during the appointments.
Horrible experience!! I was establishing as a new patient, looking for a neurologist close to me. I’ve been in their care since my stroke in 2021. Dr. Wang doesn’t listen and shows no compassion. When telling her the residual symptoms I have from a left thalamus stroke she told me my issues are from old age….I’m 64. I requested a scan of my carotid artery because I haven’t had one in 1-1/2 years. She reluctantly ordered the scan but said my artery isn’t blocked.
