I saw Jessica today and she is amazing. She cares about her patients.
As a doctor your job is to help people and she failed miserably. Didn't even try, and didn't even care. She has no problem being completely rude to someone trying to advocate for themselves as more people should. I left her office sobbing crying because she wouldn't listen to how I've been feeling and offered no solution that hasn't been tried already many times.
