I was in Novant 3 times for UTI. The third time, Dr. Laboccetta came into my room and checked me out. When she finished, I asked her if she would take me on as a patient, She said yes, and that is the best move I made. After she had done a procedure, I had not had a UTI infection since. Very caring professional.
Dr.Laboccetta giggles inappropriately like our vice president Kamela Harris. She also made a bad judgement call on my procedure. My heart rate was 30 and bp ,200 and she continued with proceedure. Took her 6 days to answer my question. Everyone working on the ER knew her. I was there because of pain. Won't go back
