Dr. Villafuerte is thorough. Listens well. Explains so pt understands. Personal.
When I saw her I was having horrible stomach pain. I had to switch due to insurance. She told me she wasn’t giving me any pain meds when I never asked for any. I saw my obgyn who said I had post ablation syndrome and needed a hysterectomy. Problem solved after. Fast forward. I reached out with new chest pain on exertion. She told me I was too young and it was not cardiac. No testing or visit. I transferred doctors quickly and had a cardiac cath and 95% blockage and 2 stents. Dr Lydia Villafuerte is an excellent Dr. She is very responsive to her patients needs and very thorough in finding answers to all medical problems and concerns. She is also an extremely kind and caring person. I feel fortunate that she is my physician.
Sweet, personable doctor that makes you very comfortable and at ease. Spends a good amount of time with you and is knowledgeable and thorough. Compassionate and nice! Highly recommend!
