I am very disappointed with my recent experience with the front office. After a STAT CT showed that I needed my gallbladder removed, I proactively had my records sent to Dr. Latour because I value her opinion and wanted to discuss the findings with her before seeing the referred general surgeon. I called the office multiple times to confirm the records had been received and asked to be notified when they became available. I was told they would “make a note,” but I never received a call.
