Caring and attentive staff
I had an appointment at 10:30. At noon I still hadn't been seen and I ended up leaving. Mind you, I have never left a doctors appointment in my life and I believe I am extremely patient, empathetic, and understanding. But no one came in to tell me she was running late. No one told me anything and my time, just like everyone else's is valuable. I didn't fee valued and needless to say, I will not be back to see Dr. Lydia Dennis.
