They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Front desk clerks I could tell they really hated their job. The nurse practitioner I asked her fill out my FMLA paperwork and she put horrible comments for my employer to see. I feel like my appointment was pointless, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I wouldn't recommend them in a million years. They are completely incompetent and shouldn't be practicing. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
