This doctor is rough, and very disrespectful to patients. He is awful. He should not be working in Canada. In this country, respect is given to all patients; this is not Iran!!
Dr. may be good but the woman at helm answering calls or booking is rude and unprofessional. For this reason alone I am switching doctors.
My dad was in pain and needed to see the doctor Mohseni he knows his job but the worst front desk lady who deals with appointment and phone call I normally would not rate anyone that low but unfortunately this needs to be addressed, Doctors have to see patient we do pay our taxes it's not a charitable work they do. And needs to train staff to show some respect again they are also getting paid if this is something they can't handle they should switch their job.
My family doctor booked appointment to this doctor and I am in pain I just called and simply asked to receptionist how long it will take for my appointment BEC I went to emergency family doctor as welI I am in pain but receptionist said I don’t know then I said I will go to emergency tomorrow she said She will cancel my appointment and she phoned my doctor and said she will cancel she did it I do not understand what type of authority she has to cancel appointment .I asked her name she refused it I recommend you guys don’t go... read more
Dr Mohseni is a amazing doctor, but his employee Judy is rude and awfull to talk too . she had this high and mighty attitude. I have left 2 messages one in July and one in August 2020 due to i canceled June 2020 appointment. now I have a feeling they don't want to see my dad .
