I have Crohn’s disease and have been in an active flare since July. I started by calling the front desk to schedule an appointment which couldn’t be done because they are so backed up. I was told to contact the care team to schedule. For a month, I called twice a week and left messages and never received a call back. I first saw Dr. Iles Shih after a referral from the ER and have been her patient since. There is no more caring, knowledgeable doctor. I adore her.and am always grateful for her care.

I've struggled with a GI disease for over a decade. After several flare-ups and a major surgery, I decided to change doctors. Dr. Iles-Shih was recommended to me. I'm so glad I've found a doctor that works for me. She is attentive, listens, understands my problems, and we've really dialed in my meds. I've had 4 different GI doctors before her and have had a flare up under all of them. (To be fair, half of those flareups were due to pharmacy issues). After being a patient of Dr Richard Driscoll, who retired earlier this year. I had gone to two other GI doctors and I felt it wasn't a good fit. My initial visit with Dr Lulu Iles Shih was a good experience, she listened and asked the right questions. I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy done recently and the one thing that stood out more than her findings and instructions, was that she thanked me for allowing her to perform the test. I feel that we meshed. I would recommend her to anyone having GI issues. BIG THANK YOU!!!
