Dropped by the ER of Holland Hospital for a medical emergency on arrival visiting from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Excellent doctor: friendly, knowledgable, offered a clear explanation of his diagnosis and medical advice and very willing to answer additional questions. Also important: he was supported by an excellent team of nurses and medical technicians. And since all of them seemed to have Dutch familynames, we felt strangely at home.
I would give zero stars if I could. Waited for over 4 hours just to be dismissed. Arrogant and belittling. Horrible bedside manner. I was told only HE could order a CT of my brain because, and I quote, "I'M the one with the degree".
