Excellent physician. Reception staff not so good.
He tries to help, even though he is continually an hour behind.
I really like Dr. Records, he listens to my husband! My husband has been seeing Dr. Records for 4 years, he doesn't speak to us in medical jargon, he explains everything so that you can understand.
Dr Records doesn’t even bother looking at your chart at follow up visits. He acts concerned sometimes during the appointment but not enough to actually follow up. He seems annoyed if you question or push back on his opinion. Always at least an hour wait. If it wasn’t for the APRNs I wouldn’t continue to his office.
Dr. Luke Records does not pay attention to his patients needs or medical history. He does not value their health, their time, nor their experience. He is snarky, sarcastic, and rude. He is pompous, which would be acceptable if he was a top notch doctor, but his care is absolutely subpar. I am disgusted at his attitude and care toward my father, years ago, and now my widowed, elderly mother. He has no business being in this profession.
Both my father and father in law had very bad experiences with Dr Records. We have all had separate appointments where we waited close to two hours. He seems to be more interested in getting the office call $$ than the patient. We are all in search of new a Dr after going to this clinic for over 30 years.
Dr. Ricords has spent time evaluating my 92 year old father. He was very caring and knowledgeable as he treated my dad. My dad was very comfortable with Dr. Ricords.
