DR. Luizianna Marinescu possesses a strong foundation of medical knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively in diagnosing and treating her patients. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Sjorgrens Syndrome and Polymyositis then ultimately diagnosed with Idiopathic Lung Disease, Dr Marinescu explained complex medical information in a clear and understandable way. She’s a great doctor. Incredible. The staff sucks. Awful..it’s a shame
Needed more of an urgent appt with a rheumatologist as per my primary care doctor- and Dr Marinescu was definitely not the best choice. Her office never returned any of my calls or voicemails after I stated wanting to set up an appt as soon as possible. I left two voicemails, called 5 times and was unable to leave anymore voicemails due to the mailbox always being full.
The Office Staff never answers the phone and never returns phone calls. So disappointed because I liked the Dr.
Never answers the phone. When I go in the office the people are half asleep and don’t want to be there. Get new help, preferably younger people that can work faster... Currently on hold for a half an hour.
