Best choice I ever made was to change my PCP to Dr.Casares and his staff!!! I had to see Dr.Casares this morning and his front desk staff employee Jasmine, went over and beyond to help me, this by far has been the best customer service I have ever had!!! The entire staff give great customer care as well!!
Cancels appointments constantly, moved to a new group and now you are considered a new patient even though he has seen you before
