Not sure if their phone system is down or the front desk is just not answering the phone. Been trying to call for a few days.

This place doesn’t answer their phones. I managed one time to get an appointment but the person didn’t really know what they were doing or had any customer service skills and I tried to call multiple times to cancel it and no one answered. I would like to reschedule but it seems like I won’t be able to do that either. I work and go to school full time so trying to walk into the office would be near impossible. Wish someone would answer the phones.

My wife has tried resolving an issue for weeks now, the office has failed to provide correct orders to QUEST, the staff does not follow up and seems to dismiss every attempt she has made to get this rectified. We are still actively trying to resolve this issue I hope they address their lack of service in their front office.

muy mal servicio del prsonal que attended el telefono c tarda mucho para contestar cambiaron la direccion y no c m aviso yo fuia donde c m dijo y si estaba ahora fui a mi cita la official cerrada y el del Dr ya no estaba k poco comunicacion tienen con los pasientes no lo recomiendo para nada y la mujer m colgo el telefono sra grosera
