I encountered the worse over the phone customer service experience from Dr. Vega’s Physican Assistant Madison on today. My mom has been a patient of Dr. Vega’s for years and I have never experienced such rude services before. Please be aware, if she talked to me rudely over the phone I can only imagine how she treat patients in person. No matter what time of the day you call them, you can never get a receptionist to answer! I have to go up to the office to get service(and no one is hardy in the waiting room and there was two people in the receptionist area! Once after driving to the office to get an appointment, I came back for the appointment. (11-45 but got there at 11:50. This place has gotten worse, they never answer the or call back when you leave a message
Dr. Vega is the best!!! He takes time to listen and you never feel rushed. He is about solving the issue not just prescribing medicine that will not help. Dr. Vega is very concerned about his patients and follows up. He is a big reason I am doing as well as I am today. His staff is friendly and they make you feel important. I moved 3 hours away and still see Dr. Vega. He will always be my first choice in care.
