Luis Hernandez refused to see my son b/c he doesn't have a PPO insurance plan. However the doctor IS listed as an available doctor BOTH PPO and HMO on our insurance roster. When I spoke with my insurance they told me it was the doctor's responsability to request removal from the panel of available doctors. One can only assume he doesn't want his name removed so that he can see the PPO patients but not the EPO patients.
