Went to office and had a terrible experience.. Front desk woman named TY, not sure if that’s correct spelling,. Very rude.. denied my mother care, because she didn’t have actual insurance card. We had number in hand.. stated that was not good enough.. I had spoken to someone earlier that week, and explained to her about insurance and card.. She had said it wasn’t a problem.. Got to the. The staff is disgusting, the Spanish speaking woman with the sun glasses (Ty) kept making smart remarks about my grandmother and I with another worker. She walked to the back saying “I’m not the one” whatever that was supposed to mean. When she had something to say she would tell the other lady to tell me as if we were not sitting in the same room.
