Surgery to replace pacemaker. Dr L. Garcia claimed leads were fine, no need to replace. One day later, pops up in portal ECG #12 lead ABNORMAL !! He was behind schedule by 1 and half hour. I have had 8 different surgeries by 8 different Dr's and have NEVER had any one hurt and bruised me as he did. Definitely would NOT recommend him !!
