Staff is very rude, especially the person who answers the phone. They are extremely unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and customer service skills. Calls are handled with a dismissive tone, making it an unpleasant experience to communicate with the office.
If I could give this office zero stars, I would. Please do not waste your time or money going to this doctor's office that will not treat you with respect and make you wait for several hours to get no help at all. Dr had the audacity to tell me not to bring change to pay for something. Very unprofessional and highly UNRECOMMENDED.

The represetatives at the Cleveland office are absolutely horrible, they are unprofessional and rude. They leave me on hold for 45 minutes or more never returning to the phone, when I call the Humble office the call transfers to Cleveland. From there it's like calling overseas and being treated very rudely. Thank goodness for Jennifer she's the only one professional enough to handle my situations. I've been a patient for over 2yrs. and I expect better treatment than offered from the Cleveland office.
