TERRIBLE SERVICE – UNPROFESSIONAL I missed a day of work to attend this appointment, only to be left waiting for nearly six hours while other patients were continuously called ahead of me. When I finally asked what was going on, I was informed that the doctor has a policy of prioritizing cancer patients over all others — without informing or managing expectations for the rest of us.
