The doctor and medical staff are amazing, but the people who work in the front desk checking you in or answering phone calls are the rudest, most unprofessional workers I’ve ever encountered. Every single time you call you don’t even get a simple “hello, how are you,” it’s a blank hello in a bothered tone. Whenever I speak I get cut off, and they never seem to be able to help me just brush me along.
