I want to make clear that this review is NOT about any MD or PA who works here . It’s about the screening/triage staff that has booked me for the first visit. I took a day off work to be there this morning. Upon arrival, the receptionist was confused as if she didn’t know I was supposed to be there. The scheduler had called me two days prior stating that there had been a cancelation and that I could be here today, Wednesday at 9:15am.
