I had a family member go in today for a neck surgery.This doctor doesn't seem to care at all about his patients. He is there to collect money and that's it!! He never came in to check on the patient or see if the family had any questions or concerns regarding his care etc., once he is home. The nurse went over a few things and to all the questions we asked; she said we would have to ask Dr Duarte. So we asked when he might be coming to the post-op so we could get some answers. My husband never walked again after his surgery! 6 1/2 years of confinement to a bed and wheelchair! Much prayer was needed to forgive this man! Ruined my husband’s life and mine. And then he passed away!
I should be a poster child for Dr duarte. He has performed numerous surgeries on my body, and comes highly recommended as doing above the level care. Best yet, he's not a pill pusher.
Miss Sylvia Garza Artichoke, was so rude to me. She gave she short answers, would give me dirty looks like she was secretly judging me. Didn’t feel very welcomed in the office when she’s there. Also it’s not professional she leaves last nights makeup on, looks all smudgy and unprofessional. 1/10 will not be going to this do goes office if SHES there.
